S-386 a senate bill to protect agianst mortgage fraud. This one costs 490 million dollars and is to help stop mortgage and securities fraud. Maybe they should have saved the 490 million and just tightened up the credit standards. DAVID VOTED FOR THIS BILL.

H.B.1728 Mortgaage reform and anti-predatory lending act. Another way to waste tax payers money. I am sorry but we need to tighten up credit standards, not everyone is meant to own a house. Some people just do not pay their bills so now we are going to spend $490,000,000.00 to help them. Just another waste of money.
