Bill H.R.1586 Impose additional tax on bonus received from certain TARP recipients. This bill in effect taxed the AIG bonus payout to employees at a rate of 90%. For starters this is unconstitutional, a company that has contracts is bound by law to fufill them. Even though it is unpopular the rule of law has to take precedent. This bill is kind of like what happens at night when you turn on a light and the roaches scurry for cover. Our great congressman voted for the so called stimulus bill, and if you want to go back to the February 13 post you will see that the congress passed this bill without reading it. Senator Dodd, democrat, added to the bill the provision to pay these bonuses to the AIG employees. Our wonderful congressman never read the bill and voted for it. Now just like the roaches they are trying to hide by passing this joke. It has no chance of going anywhere, it is just so he can say he voted to take the bonuses away. DAVID VOTED YES FOR THIS BILL.

H.R. 1388 Genreation Invigorating Voulenteerism and Education Act. Just another way to spend another 6 billion for 2010-2014, as estimated by the Congressional Budget Office. While this is all nice, we happen to be spiraling toward bankruptcy and we need to stop blowing money for programs that have questionable value like this one. I have no problem with this act, but first let's balance the budget, then look at these types of programs. Of course DAVID VOTED YES FOR THIS SPENDING BILL.

H.R.628 To enhance the expertise in patent cases among District Judges. This appears to have little if any spending but is necessary to maintain the integrity of the courts. I see nothing wrong with this and could not find any cost information. DAVID VOTED YES FOR THIS BILL.
